We will explore how mindfulness and meditation can intersect with everyday living and society in general - comedy, neuroscience, therapy, yoga, fitness, music, sports, cooking, flower arranging, business, entrepreneurship, politics, social activism, leadership, government and more.

Hoping you can join us for our next webinar in the series!

Devotion is a keynote for many of the Indo-Tibetan dharma traditions - including the Bhakti tradition Krishna Das represents and the Vajrayana tradition I studied.

Sometimes we look in that mirror and we may want to look away. That is where the notion of surrender and devotion arise. The guru embodies fruition and unconditional love.

Mindfulness practice, which does not explicitly operate on a platform of love and devotion, is in any case foundational to sharpening our focus, concentration and sharpness of mind. It is the beginning of seeing our mind and our world more clearly.

When clarity and devotion are conjoined - like two wings of a bird - we can see that our own mind, the phenomenal world and the guru are all drawn from the same source code. As I believe Maharaji, KD’s guru would say, “they are all one”.
