TESTIMONIAL:

I very much recommend the foundations course to anyone looking for a bit more lightness in their lives.

"Taking this course has allowed me to realize perhaps one of the best gifts I’m able to give myself. After taking up a daily practice and working on the skills presented in the course, I’m finally making a habit of being gentle with myself. I can remind myself that it’s okay to be teammates with that part of me that, previously, I tried to push aside or ignore. I’m finding that more often than not, I’m also able to extend that gentleness and kindness to others and it’s becoming second nature."

TESTIMONIAL:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is wanting to build their personal practice or dip a toe into the idea of attending a teacher training.

"This foundations course was great! I heard David say on a podcast once that there are so many intro to meditation classes out there and it can end up feeling like a lot of “first dates.” This foundations class definitely strengthened my relationship to my meditation practice, made me feel more confident in my posture and technique, and deepened my base of knowledge to draw from.

The support of the online curriculum and community, as well as our humorous, honest, and grounded classes/group helped me stick with my daily practice. "
