Dharma Moon’s Monthly Meditation is a wonderful way to gather with community members to restore your sense of sanity and well-being amidst the chaos of modern life.
Group practice will support your daily personal practice and help you maintain longevity and consistency. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike are encouraged to participate – no experience is necessary.
Our monthly practice consists of a three hour mindfulness meditation both sitting and walking, which is Dharma Moon’s foundational practice. This powerful practice will stabilize and strengthen your mind and help you develop clarity and insight.
Confirmed by the experience of millions of human beings over thousands of years - as well as by the research and findings of contemporary neuroscience - this practice can be a powerful antidote for everyday stress and anxiety.
