About the Teacher
Seth Freedman is Dharma Moon's Marketing and Communications Director. A long time student of meditation, he has worked in the field of mindfulness and meditation for over a decade and has built online platforms, created programming, and run marketing for many of the leading teachers and organizations today.
His past clients include Calm, Google, Open Meditation, New York Insight, Institute for Mindful Leadership, New York Zen Center, Lama Rod Owens, and many others.
Course Format
This course will combine pre-recorded video content with weekly live online sessions, allowing you to learn at your own pace while still providing momentum and support so that you don't get stuck.
- Video Teachings: Each Monday during the course, a new module of videos will unlock. This cadence helps you stay focused, on track and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
- Live Trainings & Support: Every Friday for eight weeks, there will be a live group Zoom call (7:00pm- 8:30pm ET) where you can ask questions and workshop the week's theme with other students and the course instructors.
- Community Discussions: We will also offer a course forum, providing a space to check in and get support from others working through the material.
