Mindfulness meditation has exploded in popularity in recent years due to its ability to help us work with life's unavoidable ups and downs. Meditation is also proven to help us reduce stress and understand and relate to challenging feelings in healthier ways.

Along with these benefits, and perhaps most importantly, mindfulness offers us the opportunity to learn to be fully present and open to whatever is happening in our own experience, just as it is.

Through this direct attention, we learn to be kinder and more accepting of ourselves and bring this awareness into our relationships and the world we share.

If you've wanted to learn how to meditate or renew the meditation practice you already have, join longtime Buddhist teacher David Nichtern and Eve Lewis Prieto, Director of Teaching at Headspace, for this four-week Foundations of Mindfulness online course to explore the practice of mindfulness meditation.

The course is meant to be a fun, concise, deep dive on cultivating mental stability, clarity, and wakeful awareness available through these powerful and transformative practices.
