Despite the chaos and uncertainty we are all facing these days, we can still access our basic human wisdom to help address and transform these challenges.

In the Path of the Warrior teachings presented by the late Tibetan meditation master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, a warrior is someone who manifests kindness, courage, and self-awareness, beyond aggression - even in the face of seemingly overwhelming obstacles.

Closely linked with the Buddhist practices of mindfulness and awareness, but also having its own independent basis, the warrior’s path tells us how to uplift our lives and activate the inherent dignity and confidence that is always present within us.

In this course, we will continue to explore the path of the warrior - including various readings based on this topic, talks by David and Larry, discussions and group practice.

The course is open to all and will serve as an excellent follow-up to Dharma Moon’s first in-person Windhorse Retreat, May 1st-5th, 2024, at the Menla Institute in Phoenicia, NY.
