We will explore how mindfulness and meditation can intersect with everyday living and society in general - comedy, neuroscience, therapy, yoga, fitness, music, sports, cooking, flower arranging, business, entrepreneurship, politics, social activism, leadership, government and more.

Hoping you can join us for our next webinar in the series!

Pete Holmes is a unique individual. As we all know, he is really, really funny and also charming and thoughtful. He’s also really tall. We met at the Ram Dass retreat in Maui about 5-6 years ago …. Started talking at breakfast and the next thing we knew they were serving lunch. We literally went into a time warp.

Since then we have “talked dharma” quite a few times over these last several years - I’ve been on his podcast, and he’s been on mine. Here is a link if you want to catch the flow: FOLLOWING THE DREAM.

We’ve developed some core themes over these convos. One of them is a favorite perspective that Pete brings to many aspects of living and practice - XYZ & then what? Enlightenment & then what? A great dinner & then what? A kidney transplant & then what?

I have always loved this theme as a launching pad for talking about pretty much anything - so it seemed completely appropriate to bring it into our Mindfulness & … webinar series

I am so happy to be able to share an evening with Pete with all of you! You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll scratch your head, you’ll have epiphanies …. And then what? Come find out for yourself!
