David Nichtern is a senior teacher in the lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. This tradition combines a contemporary, secular approach to meditation with the ancient practices and philosophies of Tibetan Buddhism.
David is also a four-time Emmy winner and two-time Grammy nominee, and a successful entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience integrating spiritual practice and everyday living. Rebecca D'Onofrio is the program director of Dharma Moon. She is a certified meditation teacher, yoga teacher, and fitness coach and founded RDYoga, LLC which is a company that creates custom wellness programs for businesses.
She has completed The Sacred Path of the Warrior which is a series of in-depth trainings, courses, and meditation retreats based on the unique teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
